  • 350 grams semisweet chocolate
  • 1 cup whipping cream, warm
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 3 tablespoons Mezcal
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 2 pinches salt flower
  • cocoa powder

  • In a bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate and the heavy cream. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 5 minutes. Uncover and mix until well combined.
  • Add the butter and stir until melted.
  • Add the orange zest and fleur de sel, mix well and transfer to a baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 60 minutes.
  • When the chocolate mixture is firm, scoop portions with a spoon and shape into truffles. Roll in cocoa powder and serve.
