This delicious cookies and cream and Oreo dessert is made with just two ingredients; you read that right, two ingredients. It’s a true delight and so easy to make that you won’t believe it.
Use aerosol cooking spray to grease a medium dish, and cover the dish with wax paper, making sure it covers the sides as well.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, being very careful not to burn it, and stir constantly. Once melted, transfer it to a glass bowl and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Cut the Oreos into large pieces and add to the chocolate. Pour the mixture into your prepared dish, making sure it is about 1 centimeter thick. Smooth the surface with your spatula to make it as even as possible. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes until it becomes completely solid.
Remove the entire nougat with the wax paper and transfer it to a cutting board. Use a knife to cut large pieces; it doesn't matter if they aren't perfect.
