Cookies and Cream Nougat with Oreo

This delicious cookies and cream and Oreo dessert is made with just two ingredients; you read that right, two ingredients. It’s a true delight and so easy to make that you won’t believe it.

  • 280 grams white chocolate chips
  • 18 OREO cookies

  • Use aerosol cooking spray to grease a medium dish, and cover the dish with wax paper, making sure it covers the sides as well.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, being very careful not to burn it, and stir constantly. Once melted, transfer it to a glass bowl and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  • Cut the Oreos into large pieces and add to the chocolate. Pour the mixture into your prepared dish, making sure it is about 1 centimeter thick. Smooth the surface with your spatula to make it as even as possible. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes until it becomes completely solid.
  • Remove the entire nougat with the wax paper and transfer it to a cutting board. Use a knife to cut large pieces; it doesn't matter if they aren't perfect.
