300 grams white chocolate
260 grams sour cream
40 grams coffee
60 grams glucose syrup
420 grams milk chocolate
60 grams Irish cream liqueur

To prepare the filling for the chocolates, boil the cream, coffee, and glucose.
Chop the chocolate and add it to the previous mixture.
Finally, add the Irish cream off the heat and mix well.
To prepare the chocolate eggs, you need to have the molds ready.
Chop the chocolate and melt it in a double boiler.
Add the melted chocolate to the molds, flip the mold to let the excess chocolate drain, and refrigerate.
Remove the chocolate shells from the mold and fill them.
Heat the edge of one of the chocolate shells slightly and stick it to the other part. Refrigerate and decorate.
