Easter Chocolate Egg

Delicious little chocolate eggs for Easter, filled with a special Irish Cream.

  • 300 grams white chocolate
  • 260 grams sour cream
  • 40 grams coffee
  • 60 grams glucose syrup
  • 420 grams milk chocolate
  • 60 grams Irish cream liqueur

  • To prepare the filling for the chocolates, boil the cream, coffee, and glucose.
  • Chop the chocolate and add it to the previous mixture.
  • Finally, add the Irish cream off the heat and mix well.
  • To prepare the chocolate eggs, you need to have the molds ready.
  • Chop the chocolate and melt it in a double boiler.
  • Add the melted chocolate to the molds, flip the mold to let the excess chocolate drain, and refrigerate.
  • Remove the chocolate shells from the mold and fill them.
  • Heat the edge of one of the chocolate shells slightly and stick it to the other part. Refrigerate and decorate.
