Preparation
To prepare the filling of the chocolates, boil the cream, coffee and glucose.
Chop the chocolate and add it to the previous mixture.
Finally add the Irish cream out of the heat and mix well.
To prepare the egg-shaped chocolates you need to have the molds ready.
Chop the chocolate and melt it in a water bath.
Add the melted chocolate to the molds, turn the mold so that excess chocolate drips and refrigerate.
Remove the chocolate shells from the mold and fill them.
Heat the edge of one of the chocolate shells a little and stick with the other part. Refrigerate and decorate.
