Forest Fruits with Chocolate Fondue

Delicious chocolate fondue to celebrate mom with exquisite fresh forest fruits.

  • 2 cups bittersweet chocolate, or semi-sweet chocolate in pieces
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cherry brandy
  • 1 tablespoon coffee, strong prepared
  • 1/8 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 250 grams strawberries, disinfected
  • 250 grams blackberries, disinfected

  • Mix the chocolate, cream, brandy, coffee, and cinnamon in a fondue pot over low heat.
  • Keep warm until the chocolate melts, stirring occasionally.
  • Place the fondue in the center of the table and keep it warm on low heat.
  • Use long wooden sticks to skewer the fruits and dip them into the chocolate.
