Melt the chocolate broken into pieces along with the butter in a double boiler.
Place the flour and powdered sugar in a bowl, add the eggs and mix until you obtain a frothy mixture. Pour the melted chocolate and butter into this mixture.
Grease individual rings of 6 cm in diameter and place them on a tray covered with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Fill the molds almost to the top.
When it's time to sit at the table, preheat the oven to almost 200ºC.
Bake them for 8 or 9 minutes before serving the dessert. They should remain liquid inside. Serve them either alone or with a scoop of ice cream.
