Ingredients

8 portions
  • 250 grams 70% cocoa chocolate
  • 175 grams lard
  • 75 grams flour
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 5 eggs

Preparation

Melt in a bain marie the chocolate broken into pieces together with the butter.
Place the flour and impalpable sugar in a bowl, add the eggs and mix until you get a frothy preparation. Put the mixture of chocolate and butter in this preparation.
Enmantecar individual rings of 6 cm. in diameter and arrange them on a plate covered with butter paper or a silicone sheet.
Fill the molds almost to the end. When sitting on the table, light the oven to almost 200ºc.
Bake them for 8 or 9 minutes before serving the dessert. They have to remain liquid inside. Serve both alone and accompanied as much with an ice cream bowl.

PRESENTATION

Serve cold and with the taste that you like ice cream. The ice cream can go up or next to the dessert.

TIPS

To accompany 1/2 kilo of ice cream to taste.
