8 slices sandwich bread
1 cup hazelnut chocolate cream
2 cups raspberries
peppermint, for decoration

Place the bread in the toaster until lightly browned.
Spread a layer of hazelnut cream on each slice of bread.
Place 5-6 raspberries in the center of 4 slices of bread and cover with the other slices of bread.
Cut the sandwiches with the cookie cutter to obtain the heart-shaped sandwich.
Serve the sandwiches with raspberries and mint leaves for decoration.
