  • 190 grams cream cheese, in bar
  • 567 grams dark chocolate, to melt

  • Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until it has a smoother consistency.
  • Melt half of the dark chocolate (280 grams) in the microwave in 30-second intervals for two minutes. This will help you avoid burning the chocolate.
  • Stir the melted chocolate with the cream cheese; once everything is mixed, take a spoon and start placing small balls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate them for 1 hour or until the chocolate has a firmer consistency.
  • Take them out of the refrigerator and round the balls with your hands. Melt the other half of the chocolate and start dipping the balls, placing them back on the paper and waiting for the chocolate to harden or refrigerate them for a few minutes.
