Preparation
Beat the Cream Cheese in a bowl until it has a softer consistency.
Melt half of the Dark Chocolate (280 grams) in the microwave at 30-second intervals, for two minutes. The above will help you not to burn the Chocolate.
Stir the melted chocolate with the Cream Cheese, once all is mixed, take a spoon and start to put balls of the mixture on a tray with waxed paper. Put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until the chocolate has a more solid consistency.
Remove them from the refrigerator and give them more round balls with your hands. Melt the other half of the chocolate and start to dip the balls, put them back in the paper and wait for the chocolate to become solid or take a few minutes to the refrigerator.
