Prepare this delicious chocolate chocotorta that is very creamy and has dulce de leche and lots of chocolate! It is ideal for lovers of this delightful ingredient as it has layers of cookies and the rich cream.

4 packages cream cheese, at room temperature
2 cups bittersweet chocolate, melted
1 cup dulce de leche
2/3 cups cow's milk
4 cups chocolate cookies, without filling
white chocolate, for decorating
fig, for decorating
peppermint, for decorating

Blend the cheese with the chocolate, dulce de leche, and milk until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
In a round mold, arrange a base of cookies at the bottom, cover with a bit of the chocolate mixture.
Repeat until the mold is full.
Freeze for about 2 hours or until solid.
Unmold and decorate with white chocolate shavings, figs, and mint.
