Chongos Zamoranos

Chongos Zamoranos are a typical Mexican dessert made with milk. This dessert has a lot of flavor and is super easy to prepare.

  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 1/2 curd, half pill
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 200 grams sugar
  • honey

  • Boil the milk in a pot, add the yoghurt and mix. Remove from heat and let it sit covered with a cloth.
  • All the milk has to curdle.
  • Cut the milk into pieces, add the sugar and the cinnamon stir and return to low heat to brown slightly.
  • Refrigerate and serve with honey.
