Preparation
Boil the milk in a pot, add the yoghurt and mix. Remove from heat and let it sit covered with a cloth.
All the milk has to curdle.
Cut the milk into pieces, add the sugar and the cinnamon stir and return to low heat to brown slightly.
Refrigerate and serve with honey.
