  • 3/4 cups water
  • 85 grams unsalted butter
  • 1/8 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 cups flour
  • 3 eggs

  • In a saucepan, bring the water with salt and butter to a boil until melted.
  • Add the flour and stir the mixture until a yellow dough forms.
  • Place the dough in the mixer and add the eggs one by one until fully incorporated.
  • Place the mixture in the piping bag and on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, make the profiteroles.
  • Bake at 200ºC for 20 to 25 minutes.
