  • 85 grams unsalted butter
  • 1/8 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 cups flour
  • 3 eggs

Preparation

In a saucepan boil the water with salt and butter until melted.
Add the flour and stir the mixture until a yellow dough forms.
Place the dough in the blender and add the eggs one by one until incorporated.

Bake at 200ºC for 20 to 25 minutes.
