Ingredients

  • 3/4 of Cup of Water
  • 85 grams of unsalted butter
  • 1/8 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 3/4 of Cup of flour
  • 3 pieces of egg

    Preparation

    In a saucepan boil the water with salt and butter until melted.
    Add the flour and stir the mixture until a yellow dough forms.
    Place the dough in the blender and add the eggs one by one until incorporated.
    Place the mixture in the pastry bag and on a tray with waxed paper make the profiteroles.
    Bake at 200ºC for 20 to 25 minutes.
