In a bowl, add the sifted flour, a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar, and add the milk mixture, then beat everything together very well.
In a deep pan, add the oil and let it heat up very well, then place the buñuelo mold inside.
Once the oil is very hot along with the mold, mix the sugar and cinnamon in a separate tray and set it aside.
Remove the buñuelo mold from the oil and dip 3/4 of the mold into the mixture, then quickly place it into the oil to fry, flipping it after 2 minutes and waiting another 2 minutes before taking it out and placing it on absorbent paper, then dusting it with the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
