This Christmas, prepare this delicious cheese tart with yoghurt and peaches. It has a crunchy walnut base, a spiced cheese filling with yoghurt, and a hint of vanilla; best of all, it's topped with this delicious fruit.
90 grams unsalted butter , portioned, chilled, for the base
190 grams cream cheese
3/4 cups Oikos® plain Greek yogurt
1 Danette® Vanilla Custard
1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons anise powder
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 cup canned peaches, sliced

Preheat the oven to 180°C, grease and flour a tart pan.
In a food processor, process the flour, walnuts, sugar, and salt. Add the egg yolks, heavy cream, vanilla, and process for 1 more minute. Add the butter and process until incorporated. Knead a little and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Roll out, line the pan, and prick the base with a fork. Place a piece of aluminum foil and beans on top and bake for 20 minutes or until the base is cooked. Cool.
For the filling, cream the cream cheese with the Natural Yoghurt Oikos® and the Vanilla Danette® Custard in a mixer, adding the powdered sugar, spices, and zest.
Fill the tart base with the filling and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Decorate with the peach slices.
