Preheat the oven to 180°C, grease and flour a tart pan. In a food processor, process the flour, walnuts, sugar, and salt. Add the egg yolks, heavy cream, vanilla, and process for 1 more minute. Add the butter and process until incorporated. Knead a little and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
