  • Add to the jar the flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, salt, and refined sugar. Decorate with ribbons and follow the next instructions to make the cookies.
  • Beat the butter until softened, add the Huevo San Juan®, vanilla, and mix for 2 minutes.
  • Add the ingredients found in the jar and form a dough, dividing it into 3 parts.
  • Leave one part natural and mix the other two with green and red food coloring respectively; form a dough from each and wrap them in plastic to prevent them from drying out. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Roll out each of the doughs between wax paper, this will prevent it from sticking to the rolling pin, rolling them to an approximate thickness of 2 mm.
  • On top of each layer that you previously rolled out, once together, roll them out a bit more to “stick” them; start rolling along, you can use wax paper or cling film to help. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Once you have the roll ready, cut slices of 1 cm and place them on a baking sheet with cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. Let cool at room temperature.
