Add to the jar the flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, salt, and refined sugar. Decorate with ribbons and follow the next instructions to make the cookies. Beat the butter until softened, add the Huevo San Juan®, vanilla, and mix for 2 minutes. Add the ingredients found in the jar and form a dough, dividing it into 3 parts. Leave one part natural and mix the other two with green and red food coloring respectively; form a dough from each and wrap them in plastic to prevent them from drying out. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll out each of the doughs between wax paper, this will prevent it from sticking to the rolling pin, rolling them to an approximate thickness of 2 mm. On top of each layer that you previously rolled out, once together, roll them out a bit more to “stick” them; start rolling along, you can use wax paper or cling film to help. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Once you have the roll ready, cut slices of 1 cm and place them on a baking sheet with cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. Let cool at room temperature.
