200 grams sifted flour
200 grams granulated sugar
200 grams butter, melted
8 eggs
1/2 liters whipped cream, of chocolate
250 grams blackberry jam

Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy.
Add the flour and melted butter, mixing on low speed until all ingredients are incorporated.
Grease a baking tray and place parchment paper on it; once greased, pour the mixture onto the parchment paper.
Bake in the oven at 325°F or 200°C for 15 minutes.
Once the bread is baked, remove it from the oven and carefully spread the blackberry jam on top.
Roll the bread into a log shape.
Once the bread is rolled, cover it with chocolate whipped cream.
