  • 1 cup cream cheese, for the filling
  • 1 cup white chocolate, for the filling
  • 1 cup turrón, almond for the filling
  • 2 cups María cookies
  • 1 cup cream cheese, for the frosting, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups hazelnut chocolate cream, for the frosting
  • cocoa, for decoration
  • 3 maraschino cherries, for decoration
  • 1 leaf peppermint, for decoration

  • For the filling, in a bowl, cream the cheese with a mixer. Once smooth, add the melted white chocolate, the almond nougat, and beat until combined.
  • Spread a bit of nougat cream on a María cookie and stick another cookie on top. Repeat until you form a long tube. Lay the tube horizontally and cover with the remaining cream. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • For the chocolate frosting, mix the cheese with the hazelnut cream until incorporated.
  • Remove the roll from the refrigerator and cover it with chocolate frosting. Cover the roll with chocolate cream and refrigerate for another 10 minutes.
  • Decorate with cocoa, cherries, and mint. Cut diagonally and serve.
