For the filling, in a bowl, cream the cheese with a mixer. Once smooth, add the melted white chocolate, the almond nougat, and beat until combined. Spread a bit of nougat cream on a María cookie and stick another cookie on top. Repeat until you form a long tube. Lay the tube horizontally and cover with the remaining cream. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
