250 grams chocolate, fondant cut into large pieces
250 grams milk chocolate, cut into large pieces
80 grams lard
200 grams almonds, or nuts

Put the chocolates in a food processor and blend for 30 seconds.
Incorporate the cocoa butter and melt in a double boiler.
Add the almonds or nuts and mix with a spatula.
Line a mold with parchment paper and pour in the mixture, smooth the mixture, let it cool until firm and serve.
