Ingredients

10 portions
  • 250 grams chocolate, party fondant in large pieces
  • 250 grams milk chocolate, match in large pieces
  • 80 grams lard
  • 200 grams almond, or nuts

Preparation

Put the chocolates in a food processor and mash for 30 seconds.
Add the butter and melt in a bain-marie.
Add the almonds or nuts and mix with a spatula.
Line a mold with baking paper and empty the mixture, smooth the mixture, let it cool until it is hard and serve.
