First dough: Slightly heat the water in the microwave for about seven seconds and dissolve the crumbled yeast in it. Add the flour. Set aside in a bowl and let it rise until it at least doubles in volume (you can do this the night before if you want).

Beat all the ingredients well except the flour along with the first dough or sourdough that we will have reserved.
In a bowl, sift the flour, make a well, and add the dough we just prepared.
It’s time to add the chocolate chips and whatever else we want inside our panettone.
Place in the mold or molds where we will bake them and let them rise and triple in volume.
Before baking, brush our panettone with butter. Bake at 180 ºC for 40 minutes.
