Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 18 minutes. Let it cool and set aside.
For the frosting, cream the cheese in the mixer and add the powdered sugar and coconut essence. Set aside
On the base of the cake, spread a little cream and place the other cake on top, cover the entire cake with the remaining frosting and sprinkle coconut all over the cake.
