These puff pastry Christmas stars with raspberry and a creamy filling of Oikos® Yogurt are a great option for holiday gatherings or Christmas parties. They have a delicious Danette® Custard icing and are super easy to make.
450 grams Oikos® plain Greek yogurt, presentation of 1 kilogram
1 cup raspberries
500 grams puff pastry
1 egg, for brushing
1/2 cups icing sugar, for the icing
2 tablespoons Danette® Vanilla Custard, for the icing
1 teaspoon lime zest, for the icing
1 tablespoon light milk, for the icing
1 cup raspberries, for decorating

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking tray.
Blend the Natural Oikos® Yogurt with the raspberries. Set aside.
Roll out the puff pastry with flour and cut into squares. Diagonally cut the corners of each square without reaching the center.
Brush the puff pastry squares with egg and fold one corner in and one corner out towards the center to form a star shape. Place a little of the raspberry mixture in the center.
Place the stars on the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and cool.
For the icing, mix in a bowl the powdered sugar with the Vanilla Danette® Custard, the zest, and the milk until well combined. Set aside.
Decorate the stars with raspberries and a little icing. Serve.
