Christmas Strawberry Charlotte with Cream

This dessert is ideal for sharing during the holiday season, and its creamy filling of strawberries with Lala® cream combined with the crunchy ladyfingers will make you unable to stop eating it. Plus, it doesn't take too much time to make as it uses very easy-to-find ingredients and is no-bake.

  • 3 cups ladyfingers
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1 cup LALA® cream
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • 2 cups strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup strawberries, for decoration

  • Blend the cream cheese with the evaporated milk, condensed milk, Lala® cream, orange zest, vanilla extract, and gelatin for 3 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the chopped strawberries and mix with a spoon. Fill half of the mold with the ladyfinger base and the mixture, place a layer of ladyfingers in the middle, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Pour the rest of the mixture to fill the mold.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
  • Remove from the mold, brush the ladyfingers with milk, and place them around the edge of the charlotte.
  • Tie with a Christmas ribbon and decorate with strawberries. Serve with Lala® cream. Enjoy.
