  • 1 cup sugar, (220 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoons almond essence
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/3 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar, for the glaze
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, for the glaze

  • Preheat the oven to 190 ° C (374F) Grease and flour a baking sheet.
  • Enter the butter, sugar, essence and egg into the glass of your Vitamix® in that order and close with the lid.
  • Select the lowest setting and turn on the blender, gradually increase the speed to 6 and blend for 20 seconds.
