Preheat the oven to 190 ° C (374F) Grease and flour a baking sheet.

Select the lowest setting and turn on the blender, gradually increase the speed to 6 and blend for 20 seconds.
Add the powders and press 15 times the speed 5 or until the dough is well incorporated, scrape the edges of the glass if necessary so that everything is well incorporated. Pour into a work surface and with the help of your hands finish kneading to obtain a homogeneous mass.
Wrap the dough in non-stick plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Spread with a rolling pin on a floured surface and cut with cookie cutters.
Place the cookies on the tray and bake 8 minutes. Chill
For the glaze mix the icing sugar with the lemon juice and the milk until a semi thick glaze. Place in a baking sleeve with a duya lisa.
Decorate cookies with frosting and edible pearls, let dry and serve.

Stack the cookies and wrap with a ribbon to give as a present.

It is important that you refrigerate the dough before baking, because when with butter they can melt in the oven if they are not very cold.
