Christmas Yoghurt Gelatin with Creamy Vanilla Custard Sauce

This Natural Yoghurt Oikos® gelatin with its delicious sauce made from Vanilla Danette® Custard is incredibly creamy and delightful for this holiday season. Paired with berries that give it a tangy touch and combine perfectly.

  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 1 liter Oikos® plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cups cow's milk
  • 1 cup blackberries, reserve ½ cup for decoration
  • 1 cup raspberries, reserve ½ cup for decoration
  • 2 Danette® Vanilla Custard, 100 g each, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups low-fat milk, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon peppermint, for decoration

  • Soak the gelatin in water and let it rest for 5 minutes. Heat in the microwave for 10 seconds to melt. Set aside.
  • Blend the Natural Yoghurt Oikos® with the milk and the soaked gelatin.
  • Pour the previous mixture into a gelatin mold and add the fruits, distributing them throughout the mold. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  • For the sauce, heat Vanilla Danette® Custard and milk in a small pot and mix.
  • Unmold the gelatin and drizzle with the sauce. Decorate with the remaining fruits and mint leaves.
