Churro Balls

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cups sugar

  • Heat water in a pot, then add flour, salt, and yeast, mixing until a dough is formed.
  • Cool the dough slightly before adding the eggs and beating until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  • Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • Add enough oil to a pot for frying.
  • Place the mixture in a piping bag. Add the dough to the oil and use scissors to cut the dough into balls; once fried, coat them with sugar and cinnamon.
