Cinnamon rolls

Prepare the richest rolls of cinnamon with this recipe, remember to enjoy more fresh from the oven and accompany them with a coffee, Capuccino or a glass of cold milk. This recipe pays to make approximately 16 rolls.

1 cup low-fat milk
1 cup artificial sweetener, granulated
2 packages dry yeast
1 egg
2 egg whites
5 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
1/4 cups raisins
1/2 cups apple juice

Heat the milk (do not boil). Add half of the sugar, salt and oil, mix and remove from heat.
Combine the yeast and water (rest 5 minutes).
Beat the egg, the whites and mix with the yeast and milk (wait for the milk to get a little warm).
Mix the flour until it forms a soft dough.
Flour a surface and place the dough, knead it until it is soft and elastic.
Put the dough in a container and cover the container with plastic.
Wait an hour and a half to double its size.
Divide the dough into two and form two balls.
Cover them with plastic and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Mix cinnamon and raisins with the other half of sugar.
Put it on the tray to bake the spray oil.
With the help of the roller, expand the dough and cut rectangles of 40 x 20 cm (approximately).
Cover the two masses with cooking spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon in one and half in the other.
Roll up the rectangles, cut each roll into 8 pieces (approximately).
Place them on the baking tray and wait an hour and a half until they double in size.
Preheat the oven to 180º C.
Heat the apple juice, brush each roll and put the tray in the oven approximately 15 minutes.
