Heat the milk (do not let it boil). Add half of the sugar, the salt, and the oil, mix, and remove from heat.
Combine the yeast and water (let sit for 5 minutes).
Beat the egg, the egg whites, and mix with the yeast and the milk (wait for the milk to warm slightly).
Mix the flour until a soft dough forms.
Flour a surface and place the dough, knead until it is smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a bowl and cover the bowl with plastic.
Wait an hour and a half for it to double in size.
Divide the dough into two and form two balls.
Cover them with plastic and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Mix the cinnamon and raisins with the other half of the sugar.
Spray cooking oil on the baking sheet.
With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the dough and cut rectangles of 40 x 20 cm (approximately).
Cover both doughs with cooking spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon on one and half on the other.
Roll up the rectangles, cut each roll into 8 pieces (approximately).
Place them on the baking sheet and wait an hour and a half until they double in size.
Preheat the oven to 180º C.
Heat the apple juice, brush each roll and place the baking sheet in the oven for about 15 minutes.
