  • Mix the flour, milk, and egg while stirring continuously until a thick batter forms.
  • In a separate pan, spray with 1 shot of PAM® Butter, use a ladle to take part of the mixture, add a small amount, quickly swirling the pan to form the thin crepe, flip and let cook on the other side. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
  • Spray another pan with 2 shots of PAM® Butter and cook the mangoes, along with the coconut, cinnamon, and sugar, until they are soft.
