Coconut ice cream

Nothing better for this hot season than a refreshing Coconut Ice Cream, prepare it yourself with this simple recipe that you can use on any occasion.

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 3/4 liters cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon coconut essence
  • 500 grams grated sweet coconuts
  • 200 grams whipping cream
  • 3 egg whites

  • Boil the milk with the sugar and coconut grated.
  • Dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold milk and add it to the boiling milk; cook a minute more stirring constantly and remove from heat.
  • Add the finely beaten yolks, mixing constantly, put back on the fire and remove before boiling.
  • Allow to cool, aromatize with the essence of coconut, add the thick whipped cream, together with the beaten whites to the point of snow.
  • Place in the freezer until it takes a point.
