Coffee Charlotte

A quick and very delicious dessert that coffee lovers must try. One of the best things about this dessert is that you don't need an oven to have this delight on your table.

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 4 envelopes coffee, vanilla flavored cappuccino
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 7 g each, hydrated and melted
  • 75 grams semisweet chocolate, grated
  • 40 ladyfingers
  • 1 envelope coffee, vanilla flavored cappuccino dissolved in 1/2 cup of water

  • Blend the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and the 4 packets of coffee; gradually add the gelatin with the blender on.
  • Arrange some ladyfingers around and at the bottom of a springform pan. Dip the rest of the ladyfingers in the previously prepared vanilla flavored cappuccino mixture; add a bit of the filling, a layer of ladyfingers, and repeat the process until all ingredients are used up. Refrigerate for 40 minutes.
  • Unmold and decorate with grated chocolate. Serve.
