Coffee Dessert

  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 1 cup coffee
  • 1 can canned heavy cream
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • walnuts, for decoration

  • Separate the egg yolks from the whites and beat the yolks with the sugar. Gradually add the milk and cook the mixture over medium heat until it thickens.
  • Remove from heat and add the cup of coffee, the gelatin previously dissolved in a little warm water, the cream, the sugar, and the tablespoon of vanilla. Lightly moisten a mold and pour the mixture into it, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Unmold the dessert, place it on a serving dish, and decorate it with the walnuts.
