Coffee Jelly

If coffee is your favorite drink, you must try it as jelly. This creamy coffee jelly with a hint of chocolate is perfect for surprising your guests and winning them over with a different dessert.

  • 4 envelopes D'Gari® unflavored powdered gelatin, 28 g
  • 140 milliliters water
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, 250 ml
  • 1 cup condensed milk, 250 ml
  • 1 cup cream cheese, 190 g
  • 1/2 cups espresso coffee, 125 ml
  • 1/4 cups Licor 43
  • 2 tablespoons D'Gari® chocolate syrup, 30 ml
  • 1 teaspoon D'Gari vanilla essence, 5 ml
  • whipped cream, for decoration
  • chocolate, grated, for decoration

  • Dissolve the unflavored D´Gari® gelatin powder in the water and mix very well. Let it sit for 5 minutes or until it sets and melt it in a double boiler or in the microwave in 5-second intervals until it becomes liquid. Set aside.
  • Blend the evaporated milk, condensed milk, cream cheese, espresso, Licor 43, D´Gari® chocolate flavor syrup, D´Gari® vanilla essence, and unflavored D´Gari® gelatin powder.
  • Pour into individual containers and refrigerate until set.
  • Decorate the coffee jelly with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
