1/2 cream cheese , (190 g each) for the milk gelatin
1 tablespoon liquid vanilla , for the milk gelatin
6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each) hydrated and melted, for the milk gelatin
2 cups whole milk, for the coffee gelatin
1 cup evaporated milk, for the coffee gelatin
1 cup whipping cream , for the coffee gelatin
1 cup sugar , for the coffee gelatin
3 tablespoons instant coffee , for the coffee gelatin
coffee liqueur, (optional)
1 tablespoon liquid vanilla , for the coffee gelatin
6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each) hydrated and melted, for the coffee gelatin
whipped cream, for decoration
wafer rolls, chopped for decoration
condensed milk , for serving

For the milk gelatin, blend all the ingredients except the gelatin in your T-fal® Infiny Force Blender using the “dessert” function. Gradually add the gelatin while blending.
Pour a little of the milk gelatin into a previously greased mold and refrigerate until set. Reserve the remaining mixture.
For the coffee gelatin, blend all the ingredients except the gelatin in your T-fal® Infiny Force Blender using the “dessert” function. Gradually add the gelatin while blending.
Pour a little of the mixture into the mold over the milk gelatin, refrigerate until set, and repeat alternating the milk and coffee mixture until the mold is completely filled.
Refrigerate the gelatin until completely set. Unmold and decorate with whipped cream, wafer cookies, and condensed milk.
