Coffee Jelly with Milk

Prepare this smooth and creamy layered coffee jelly with milk that will be the sensation at your family gatherings, as the flavor combination is unreal. Best of all, you only need to blend and refrigerate, you will love it.

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cream cheese, (190 g each) for the milk jelly
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the milk jelly
  • 6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each) hydrated and melted, for the milk jelly
  • 2 cups whole milk, for the coffee jelly
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, for the coffee jelly
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the coffee jelly
  • 1 cup sugar, for the coffee jelly
  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee, for the coffee jelly
  • coffee liqueur, (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the coffee jelly
  • 6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each) hydrated and melted, for the coffee jelly
  • whipped cream, for decoration
  • wafer rolls, chopped for decoration
  • condensed milk, for serving

  • For the milk jelly, blend all the ingredients except the gelatin in your T-fal® Infiny Force Blender using the dessert function. Gradually add the gelatin while blending.
  • Pour a little of the milk jelly into a previously greased mold and refrigerate until set. Reserve the remaining mixture.
  • For the coffee jelly, blend all the ingredients except the gelatin in your T-fal® Infiny Force Blender using the dessert function. Gradually add the gelatin while blending.
  • Pour a little of the mixture into the mold over the milk jelly, refrigerate until set, and repeat alternating the milk and coffee mixtures until the mold is completely full.
  • Refrigerate the jelly until fully set. Unmold and decorate with whipped cream, cookie cones, and condensed milk.
