Coffee Mousse

  • 1 package cookies, for the base
  • butter, for the base
  • cow's milk, for the base
  • 4 egg whites
  • 500 grams cream cheese, whipped
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground coffee
  • 4 leaves gelatin, neutral

  • Crush the cookies and mix them with a little butter and milk. Place the mixture at the bottom of the cups where it will be served.
  • Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. Drain them and microwave for about 20 seconds, until they dissolve.
  • Mix the gelatin with the whipped cheese until there are no lumps.
  • Add the sugar and coffee and mix.
  • Finally, fold in the egg whites, beaten to stiff peaks, with gentle movements so they don't deflate.
  • Divide into the cups and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours before serving.
