4 egg whites
500 grams cream cheese, smoothie
5 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon ground coffee
4 leaves gelatin, neutral

Crush the cookies and mix them with a little butter and milk. Place the mixture on the base of the glasses where it will be served.
Hydrate the gelatin sheets with cold water. Drain them and put them in the micro about 20 seconds, until they dissolve.
Mix the gelatin with the beaten cheese until there are no lumps.
Add the sugar and coffee and mix.
Finally, add the whites, beaten to the point of snow, with enveloping movements so that you do not get off.
Spread in the glasses and put in the refrigerator between 4 and 5 hours before serving.
