1 package cookies, for the base

cow's milk, for the base
4 egg whites
500 grams cream cheese, whipped
5 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon ground coffee
4 leaves gelatin, neutral

Crush the cookies and mix them with a little butter and milk. Place the mixture at the bottom of the cups where it will be served.
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. Drain them and microwave for about 20 seconds, until they dissolve.
Mix the gelatin with the whipped cheese until there are no lumps.
Add the sugar and coffee and mix.
Finally, fold in the egg whites, beaten to stiff peaks, with gentle movements so they don't deflate.
Divide into the cups and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours before serving.
