Cold Cheesecake

A simple and very delicious cheesecake recipe. This is an ideal recipe for summer and hot weather.

  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 envelope chantilly cream powder
  • 250 grams sour cream
  • 5 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 2 packages María cookies
  • 5 tablespoons butter

  • Blend the two packages of Maria cookies until they turn into powder (blend gradually to ensure they are well crushed and to avoid clogging the blender).
  • Pour the mixture into a pie mold once ready and mix with the butter until it forms a mixture that adheres to the walls of the base until the entire bottom and edges are covered.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180°C. Remove and let cool. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add the cream cheese and cream, and beat until it becomes a single mixture without lumps.
  • To this mixture, add the 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar and the package of powdered chantilly, mixing until there are no lumps.
  • Once the base of the pie is cold, add the mixture of cheese, cream, sugar, and chantilly, spreading it evenly to ensure it is level.
  • Refrigerate for one hour.
