A simple and very delicious cheesecake recipe. This is an ideal recipe for summer and hot weather.

Blend the two packages of Maria cookies until they turn into powder (blend gradually to ensure they are well crushed and to avoid clogging the blender). Pour the mixture into a pie mold once ready and mix with the butter until it forms a mixture that adheres to the walls of the base until the entire bottom and edges are covered. Bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180°C. Remove and let cool. Set aside. In a large bowl, add the cream cheese and cream, and beat until it becomes a single mixture without lumps. To this mixture, add the 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar and the package of powdered chantilly, mixing until there are no lumps. Once the base of the pie is cold, add the mixture of cheese, cream, sugar, and chantilly, spreading it evenly to ensure it is level. Refrigerate for one hour.
