Chocolate Frozen Mousse
Delicious cold chocolate dessert that you can enjoy on those days when you're craving something sweet. It's very quick to make, and you just have to wait for it to set well. Enjoy it very cold.

1/4 cups cocoa powder
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder, flavorless
1 can evaporated milk, (refrigerated for several hours)
1/2 cups sugar
cherry
chocolate, shaved for decoration

Whip the evaporated milk until it increases in volume.
Add the sugar. Gradually incorporate the chocolate and the gelatin dissolved in 1/4 cup of hot water. Stir well.
Place the mixture in a mold and refrigerate until set.
Decorate if desired with cherries and chocolate shavings.
