4 cups cow's milk, prepared
1 can whipping cream, reduced-fat, large
1 can condensed milk, 0% fat
4 tablespoons ground coffee
200 grams cornstarch
1 can condensed milk, large
1/2 cups orange juice
2 tablespoons orange zest

Dissolve the cornstarch in half of the fortified milk. Set aside.
Mix the other half of the milk with the coffee, the condensed milk, and bring to a boil.
When it boils, add the reduced-fat cream and the cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly for 15 - 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve in a large mold or several individual ones. Refrigerate until it reaches the desired consistency.
With the other can of condensed milk, the orange juice, and the zest, make a sauce.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce and serve alongside the coffee custard.
