Preparation
Dissolve the corn starch in half the fortified milk. Reservation.
Mix the other half of the milk with the coffee, condensed milk and bring to the fire.
When it boils, add the reduced fat cream and the starch mixture, stirring continuously for 15 - 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve in a large mold or several individual. Take the refrigerator until it has the desired consistency.
With the other can of condensed milk, orange juice and grated zest make a sauce.
Mix the ingredients of the sauce and serve with the custard.
