1 liter cow's milk
3/4 cups sugar
3 teaspoons cornstarch
1 cup cocoa powder
raspberries

In a saucepan, heat the milk. Add the sugar and cornstarch and stir until it boils, about 5 minutes.
Off the heat, add the cocoa and mix well. Let it cool, the mixture will thicken. Stir and strain if necessary if lumps form.
Place a few raspberries in popsicle molds and cover with the mixture. Freeze for about 5 hours.
Enjoy them!
