3 cups Hershey's Milk Chocolate Chips, for the topping
peanuts, toasted and finely chopped, for decoration

Place the Hershey's dark chocolate chips in a bowl and pour the hot whipping cream on top, then mix with a spatula until the chocolate is completely melted. Then, add the cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, peanut butter, and mix very well until fully combined. Set aside.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 2 hours. Set aside the frozen pops.
Place the Hershey's milk chocolate chips in a bowl and melt in a double boiler, then stir constantly with a silicone spatula until the chocolate is melted. Set aside.
Remove the chocolate peanut butter popsicles from the molds, place them on a rack, coat them with more chocolate, and decorate with toasted and finely chopped peanuts.
