Chocolate Peanut Butter Popsicles

  • 2 cups whipping cream, hot
  • 3 cups Hershey's Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2 cups table cream
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup peanuts, toasted and finely chopped
  • 3 cups Hershey's Milk Chocolate Chips, for the topping

  • Place the Hershey's dark chocolate chips in a bowl and pour the hot whipping cream on top, then mix with a spatula until the chocolate is completely melted. Then, add the cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, peanut butter, and mix very well until fully combined. Set aside.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 2 hours. Set aside the frozen pops.
  • Place the Hershey's milk chocolate chips in a bowl and melt in a double boiler, then stir constantly with a silicone spatula until the chocolate is melted. Set aside.
  • Remove the chocolate peanut butter popsicles from the molds, place them on a rack, coat them with more chocolate, and decorate with toasted and finely chopped peanuts.
