Place the Hershey's dark chocolate chips in a bowl and pour the hot whipping cream on top, then mix with a spatula until the chocolate is completely melted. Then, add the cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, peanut butter, and mix very well until fully combined. Set aside. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 2 hours. Set aside the frozen pops.
