Cookie and Chocolate Ice Pops

  • 3 packages Marinela® sandwich cookies with hazelnut filling
  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup evaporated milk

  • Remove the filling from 2 packages of Príncipe Avellana Tentación by Marinela®. Set aside.
  • Blend the hazelnut filling with 2 cups of evaporated milk.
  • In popsicle molds, place a Príncipe Avellana Tentación by Marinela®, fill with the previous mixture, and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for about 40 minutes.
  • For the other layer, blend the half-and-half, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and evaporated milk.
  • Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze for 1 hour or until completely frozen.
  • Crush the cookies you reserved and place them at the bottom of the popsicles. Press lightly to stick and freeze for another 10 minutes.
  • Unmold and serve.
